The Inventor of Double Barrel Trimming Machines

That’s how the world’s first and original Double Barrel trimming machine was invented and developed. Unlike other dual-barrel trimmers on the market, our patented counter-rotate double barrels share only one reel cutter, eliminating the need for unnecessary food contact parts and saving time and labor for cleaning and maintenance. We’re proud to say that the barrels’ counter-rotation causes the product to roll naturally into the cutting zone over the reel cutter, resulting higher efficiency and in a better trim.

We were also the first manufacturer to add tumbler speed control and tilt angle adjustment to the trimming machine, two features that are now found on high- quality trimming machines on the market. It makes us incredibly happy to see that our ideas have been widely adopted and implemented to make the harvest process more efficient and precise.

Aside from the twice-gained throughput, the double-barrel system greatly reduces the footprint of operating two single barrel machines side-by-side.
